How It Works

  • The first step in our process is to do an initial walkthrough with you, usually on the date of our first cleaning. This allows us to get an idea of any specific things your property needs, as well as gives us more information on the experience you are hoping to provide your guests. We use this valuable time to ensure our team understands your needs so that we can consistently exceed you and your guest’s expectations.

  • Next, we will connect with your listings calendars in order to be able to easily schedule our team, and to ensure we do not miss any of your turnovers. This will allow you to have one less thing to worry about, as well as give us the chance to schedule more efficiently. If there is ever a change that needs to be made, you can just let us know and we can update the schedule.

  • This is the main part of the process, and the reason you are here in the first place. We use visual checklist in a photo format to ensure everything is done EXACTLY as you expect it to be. We handle your cleaning, your laundry, your supplies, and anything else that needs to be done regularly between guests. Our goal is for you to be able to forget about this part of the Short-term Rental process, and focus on guest communications, future bookings, maximizing your rental revenue, and let us worry about the turnovers.

  • Although we keep our staff accountable through having multiple different walkthroughs before guest arrival, we do encourage our property managers and owners to stop by every now and then to check on their investment, and to see just how good of a job we are doing. This not only keeps us accountable at every level, and at every time, but it ensure that if a mistake is made, it can be solved before the guests arrive.
